Since that time TEL’s leadership has progressed to establish key company initiatives while ensuring the next level of managers are aligned in accomplishing the company’s mission. The founding principles continue to this day as TEL is focused on continually reviewing each area of the business to assess performance and looking for new ways to innovate.
