Luke LeMaster joined Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL) in September 2024 as Vice President of Owner Operator Leasing. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of TEL’s Owner Operator division, with a focus on supporting driver success, delivering exceptional service, and expanding market reach.
A personal goal is bringing long-term success to our customers by aligning business goals with driver satisfaction and operational excellence.
Luke’s aim is to continue TEL’s goal of building a one-of-a-kind Owner Operator program that will withstand the test of time and market conditions. The Owner Operator program was created to support the hard-working truck drivers, that so often are forgotten. With more than 15 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry, Luke has held roles across the spectrum—from being a freight broker to leading an 80-truck fleet. His deep understanding of the challenges owner operators face gives him a practical, people-first approach to leadership.

Originally from just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Luke has built a career grounded in operational excellence and driver-focused solutions. His leadership approach reflects TEL’s mission of supporting owner operators through tailored programs and industry-best support. Luke has been married to his wife, for 13 years, and they have two daughters.
