Jeff Berger joined TEL in 2019 with more than 30 years of experience in transportation-related industries, including software, dealerships, leasing, and brokerage. Jeff is currently responsible for all operational technology and software development activities at TEL. His team has built a multi-cloud, secure business solution that is able to grow along with the company.
A personal goal to deliver top-quality service to employees so they can do the same for customers
Jeff sees the entire company at TEL as a customer service organization, both outwardly facing to serve customers and inwardly facing to serve employees. As head of the IT department, his goal is to deliver the best technology possible to employees so that they can do their jobs effectively and provide better service to TEL customers.
Jeff’s passion at work is improving processes and productivity so that the organization can scale, which he believes will be a constant reality for TEL for years to come. He views TEL’s services as being so valuable to the market that major growth is inevitable – as long as his IT team can continue to deliver improvements in technology that will keep the company positioned for growth. Jeff sees a future at TEL where integrated systems and streamlined processes enhance customer service and allow the company to expand into new territories.
